At The Heartbeat of Jewish Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all CDs, vinyl, or sheet music are in their original sealed condition to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
